Step 1: Analysis
Surveys
SOARgrowth offers 12 different modules, covering all aspects of business growth. Companies should start with the module that offers them the most growth potential. The SOARcard Growth Assessment can help significantly in selecting the modules that offer your company the most growth potential.
The Module process begins with an Initial Survey to obtain team consensus on your highest priority Opportunities and Necessities.
This is followed by the Deep Dive survey to further prioritize your Opportunities and Necessities.
Step 2: Workshop
Team Meetings to Finalize Prioritization
The team then meets (in person or via video meeting) to discuss and further prioritize the Opportunities and Necessities that were identified in the surveys.
The team then selects Action Plan Teams, including team leaders and members, to work on developing Action Plans for the highest priority Opportunities and Necessities.

Step 3: Plan and Implement
Develop and Implement Action Plans
The Action Plan Teams work on developing detailed action plans, timelines, budgets and responsibilities.
The Teams can also stay involved in overseeing the implementation of the action plans.
