SOAR provides a logical framework to guide a business to a focused and concise value proposition and supporting strategies. I was impressed how SOAR harnessed the insight and observations of key team members. SOAR identified meaningful, timely and useful information that has enhanced our company’s focus.

SOAR drove us to take an in-depth look at our organization on many levels and identify areas where we can improve to become a world-class company. The SOAR process has put us on the road to total company-wide business improvement. The SOAR process is so much more powerful than the traditional consultative process because we owned the analysis. We have a much more enerigized management team that has focused its attention on projects strategic to the success of the company, We feel like we can see the playing field in front of us. SOAR is a process that helped us achieve significant improvements in many areas of our company. As a result of our participation in SOAR, our monthly shipments have increased more than 25% during the past 6 months. After identifying areas of opportunity in our manufacturing operations, we were able to improve our manufacturing efficiencies. Based on these improvements, we were able to implement an employee-wide gain sharing program. After going through the SOAR process, we have added an additional 12 employees (out of 145) in order to keep up with new opportunities.

I found SOAR to be an excellent tool to facilitate driving change; turnaround efforts; increasing revenue, profits and shareholder value; managing cash flow, forecasting and internal controls; and, building credibility with lenders and shareholders.
