What exactly is SOARgrowth and how is it different from other business improvement tools?
SOARgrowth is delivered in a fraction of the time and cost compared other programs. It gives you actionable ideas to drive growth and improve profitability and a process to implement them. The program also provides training in the concepts and tools that help support your team in strategic thinking.
How does the SOARgrowth platform diagnose the problems in my business? Is it automated or consultant-led?
The SOARgrowth software guides your team through a process to discover, prioritize and achieve buy-in to the drivers of growth and profit improvement in your business with minimal support. There is support available from Growth Coaches if you need it, and in addition there are resources and tools you can access to start making immediate improvements on your own.
Will SOARgrowth work if we already use another operating system?
Yes, SOARgrowth is independent of any other system you utilize. SOARgrowth helps you identify the opportunities and foundations for growth, and you can utilize your current operating/implementation system to execute the actions you decide on.
Is this platform only for struggling businesses, or can growing businesses benefit too?
The platform is for any business to evaluate their current state and identify the path to go in the future. SOARgrowth is highly effective for growing a healthy business as well as facilitating a path to improve a struggling business.

What are the Four Pillars and 12 Modules in SOARgrowth, and how do they connect to real business outcomes?
The Four Pillars, S-O-A-R, encompass the four dimensions of a business that are critical to its success. Each Pillar has 3 sub-categories or modules. We break the pillars into modules to provide focus, make the process manageable and the results achievable.
Who in my organization should lead this—CEO, COO, HR, a department head?
The CEO or COO should lead a company wide approach to SOAR. A department head could lead an initiative that focuses on one of the pillars. For example, the Head of Sales could lead a focus on the S Pillar with the included modules.
How long does it take to complete a typical module and start seeing results?
A module typically takes 3-4 weeks to complete (2-3 hrs a week) and then implementation can begin. You can work faster if necessary and complete a module in as little as a week.
What are the best modules to start with?
Your SOARcard™ results will help identify the Opportunities your Business can address with SOARgrowth. However, almost all businesses find the Sales Strategy Module beneficial.
What kind of support does SOARgrowth provide along the way (live help, email, onboarding, etc.)?
We have a complete onboarding program with a live person to help you get set up and launched. There is a comprehensive tutorial in every section to cover the concepts as well as the technical aspects of the software. We provide 5 hours from a Growth Coach when you purchase a module to optimize your success, and you can contact your Coach throughout the process. You may also purchase add-on coaching hours if you need them. There is a Community WhatsApp Chat and a Monthly Webinar where you can ask questions as needed.
What if my team doesn’t buy into the process—how do you help with that?
SOARgrowth has built in mechanisms to promote buy-in and engagement to the process. If you have concerns in this area, a Growth Coach would be extremely helpful in supporting your team to improve alignment and achieve a successful outcome.
Will I get benchmarking data to compare my results with similar businesses? Do you track our progress? How do we know if we’re improving?
Yes, our SOARcard™ assessment gives you benchmarking compared to world class performance. You will also be able to compare your results to your own previous assessments to measure and monitor your progress. Our Growth Engine also helps you track your progress as you go through the program.
Can SOARgrowth help prepare us for exit, valuation, or succession planning?

The process also helps companies strengthen their foundation and get buy-in to the plan to prepare for the next generation.
